CALIFORNIA SHIPPING POLICY

Red Dirt USA LLC makes every effort to serve California residents. To ensure we can continue to do so we have implemented the following policy to comply with California ASSEMBLY BILL NO. 1263.

CALIFORNIA SHIPPING POLICY

After a customer places an order with a California shipping address and completes payment with Red Dirt USA LLC, an email will be received by the customer to complete ID verification.

Shipment of the order will not occur until ID verification is complete. California orders that do not complete the ID verification will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

California addressed orders will be shipped UPS Ground with Adult signature required.
California addressed orders will require ID proof of age with the ID address matching the order’s shipping address.

NAME AND ADDRESS ON THE ORDER MUST MATCH THE CUSTOMER’S GOVERNMENT ID EXACTLY

Placing an order with Red Dirt USA LLC is acknowledgement and understanding that it is generally a crime in California to engage in any of the following conduct without a valid license to manufacture firearms:
1) Manufacturing more than three firearms per calendar year in California;
2) Manufacturing a firearm using a three-dimensional printer or CNC milling machine;
3) Manufacturing a firearm for the purpose of selling or transferring ownership of that firearm to another
individual who is not licensed to manufacture firearms;
4) Manufacturing a firearm for the purpose of selling, loaning, or transferring that firearm, with the intent
to complete the sale, loan, or transfer without a required background check initiated by a licensed
firearms dealer;
5) Allowing, facilitating, aiding, or abetting the manufacture of a firearm by a person who is legally
prohibited from possessing firearms;
6) Manufacturing, or causing the manufacture of, assault weapons, machineguns, undetectable firearms,
unserialized firearms, unsafe handguns that are not on the Department of Justice roster of handguns
certified for sale in California, or other generally prohibited weapons.

To comply with California AB 1263, all verification will be completed by Real ID app by Verdict (getverdict.com). Name, age, and address verification via government issued ID, and capture of attestation acknowledgment, will be executed by Real ID by Verdict. Red Dirt USA LLC does not permanently store customers’ identification documents.  Verdict’s privacy and legal policy can be viewed at getverdict.com.

Red Dirt USA LLC will not make exception to the above policy. The above policy will remain in place until changes are made to the legal requirements in California.
